Return Instructions
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction.
If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to CaptureYourAction.com within 30 days of purchase date subject to conditions below. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
Refunds & Credits
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account. Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on return items. Please allow 5-7 days after our receipt of returned merchandise for a credit to appear on your account.
Exchanges
If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement order to be processed. Shipping costs for exchange items (due to issue with the item) will be paid for by CaptureYourAction.com. This includes the cost of shipping back to us (USA buyers only).
Conditions
Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, CaptureYourAction.com reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of not less than 15%.
All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including the UPC code being intact) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
Package the item well. It's was not shipped to you shoved, unprotected, in a box. Camera lenses and lcd screens scratch easily. Items received damaged due to poor packaging will be assessed a minimum of 15% fee. We reserve the right to deny any return that is damaged beyond sellability.
CaptureYourAction.com is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
CaptureYourAction.com is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
No Returns/Exchanges will be issued for the following:
- Computer Software, once any of the manufacturer's packaging has been opened.
- Electronic Software Downloads are not returnable nor refundable.
- All consumable items once unwrapped. (e.g., film, tapes, paper, bulbs, CD, DVDs, memory cards, battery packs, etc.)
- Special Order merchandise or any item indicated on the website as non-returnable.
- Underwater equipment that has been submerged.
- Educational tapes and books once unwrapped.
- CaptureYourAction.com Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only and may not be redeemed for cash.
- Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
- Any duties paid by buyer is not refundable.
DJI products are non-returnable. They do carry a full manufacture warranty and will be repaired/exchanged directly through DJI if they are defective.
